Refund Policy

All trip and service fees charged by Rubine Travel are non‑refundable. Suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and other third‑party vendors) may have their own cancellation, change, or refund policies and, in some cases, may issue refunds directly to customers. If a supplier issues a refund, Rubine Travel will pass such refunded amounts to you, less any non‑refundable service fees that were charged by Rubine Travel. Rubine Travel does not control supplier refund policies and cannot guarantee that suppliers will provide refunds, credits, or re‑booking options.


In the event you need to cancel or change travel, you should contact Rubine Travel and your suppliers as soon as possible. We will assist in requesting refunds or credits from suppliers when available, but we are not responsible for supplier decisions or timelines. Except as required by applicable law, our agency service fees are non‑refundable in all cases.


We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events. Insurance may provide protections and reimbursements that are not available from suppliers or from Rubine Travel.
